4 | PetroChem Wire: Recycled polystyrene prices continue to weaken


HIPS regrind prices held in late July at mid-month levels, but overall recycled PS prices for the month were 1-2 cents per pound lower for most grades than in June, continuing a weakening price trend that began in early 2013.
