7 | Requests for proposals

The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) is requesting proposals for a project that has two components: 1) assessing the financial impact of a recycling refund program in Minnesota and 2) evaluating Minnesota's current recycling infrastructure and investment needs. Proposals are due by Oct. 8, 2013. The RFP is available here.

The City of Milwaukee and Waukesha County, Wisconsin are jointly issuing an RFP for Regional Recycling System for the Processing and Marketing of Single Stream Recyclables, which is available under "Sanitation" here.
