A new startup company is aiming to build a better battery. EarthCell Batteries promise a 30-50 percent longer charge than conventional alkaline batteries, all the while being fully refurbishable. Each battery comes fully charged and includes a prepaid package to mail spent batteries back to the company for refurbishment.
Sunnking Inc. has announced that since April 1, the company has processed over 1 million pounds of e-scrap recycled under New York State's electronics recycling program. The company says the accomplishment was made possible through the cooperation of 113 collection partners.
