Certification scorecard

With the roster of companies attaining third-party certifications or audits continuing to grow, E-Scrap News has compiled a round-up of the firms announcing certification this past week.

• Hudson, Ohio-based e-Waste, LLC is certified to ISO 14001 and R2.
• ROUND 2, Inc. is now RIOS certified at its Grove City, Ohio facility. The plant had previously been certified to R2, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Redemtech's Guelph, Ontario site is now e-Stewards, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified.
• Natural Evolution of Tulsa, Oklahoma is e-Stewards, R2 and ISO 14001 certified.
• AERC Recycling Solutions is now CHWMEG audited at its Melbourne, Florida facility.
• Proshred Security of Paoli, Pennsylvania; Secured Document Shredding, Inc. of Midland, Texas; Rogue Shred LLC of White City, Oregon; and REISSWOLF Heesch B.V. of Heesch, The Netherlands have all either achieved or renewed their NAID Certification for Physical Destruction of Hard Drives.
