Certification scorecard
With the roster of companies attaining third-party certifications or audits continuing to grow, E-Scrap News has compiled a round-up of the firms announcing certification this past week.

Waste Management Recycle America announced that seven of its e-scrap processing facilities are now certified to the e-Stewards standard. The plants certified to the standard are located in Mira Loma, California; Denver, Colorado; Springfield, Massachusetts; Minneapolis, Minnesota; Tigard, Oregon; Round Rock, Texas; and Milawukee, Wisconsin. All facilities had been previously certified to both R2 and RIOS as well.

Orange Coast Computers and Recycling of Fountain Valley, California has been CHWMEG audited.

AERC Recycling Solutions is now certified to both R2 and RIOS at its four facilities in Allentown, Pennsylvania; Ashland, Virginia; Hayward, California; and Houston, Texas.

Three firms have renewed their NAID certification for the physical destruction of hard drives. They are Land Shark Shredding of Bowling Green, Kentucky; No Trace, of Richmond, California; and Lakeshore Document Services Co. of Muskegon, Michigan.
