Frequency discounts are earned within 12 consecutive months.

COLOR -- FOR EXTRA ATTENTION
Color is available in all advertising units.  A color proof must be supplied -- MatchPrint (TM) preferred or digital color print.  PMS colors will be made from process.  All prices are per page.

Two-color, from process:  $295
Four-color:  $680
PMS (5th spot color) or metallic colors, additional charge

SPECIAL POSITIONS
Four-color special positions (noncancelable), per insertion.  (Other special insertions:  plus 10 percent extra on space and color.)

BLEEDS
No charge if prepared for offset.
1/8", all four edges (8-1/2" x 11-1/4");
Live copy area, 7-1/2" x 10-1/4".
Magazine trim size: 8-1/4" x 11".

PRODUCTION CHARGES
Resource Recycling's advertising rates are based on digitally supplied ads.  Contact us if design assistance is desired.

READER SERVICE CARDS
Each display ad receives one free reader service number.  This number allows interested readers to easily request details from the advertiser.  Responses are mailed twice monthly to advertisers.  See also our Web page section titled About your reader service leads.

METHOD OF PRINTING/BINDING/TYPE OF PAPER
Web offset/saddle stitch.  Fifteen percent post-consumer recycled paper.   Cover:  100 lb. Influence recycled gloss text.  Inside pages:  45-60 lb. Influence recycled gloss.

INSERTS
Maximize your market coverage with an insert in Resource Recycling.

You supply preprinted brochures, fliers or other marketing materials, and we put them in the hands of thousands of key recycling and composting professionals.

Inserts stand out from both the other advertisements and the editorial content.  They feel different, look great, and perform better.  Inserts allow you to use distinctive papers and special layouts that focus readers' attention exclusively on your products.

Inserts should be printed on recycled-content paper.  Full-page inserts should measure 8-1/2" by 11-1/4" (allow for trimming to the magazine's finished size of 8-1/4" by 11").   Call for information about binding options and press run.

You get two sides of advertising for the price of one (plus tip-in fee).  Frequency discounts apply to multiple pages.
