Conference attendees will receive a special room rate of $159 plus taxes for single/double/triple/quad occupancy. Government attendees will receive the current government per diem. Government attendees will be asked to show government ID to receive the government per diem rate.

Located conveniently to all downtown attractions including Louisville Slugger Museum, Waterfront Park, River Walk, Louisville Science Center, Louisville Slugger Field, Muhammad Ali Center, Louisville Glassworks and via skywalk to access to the 4th Street Live! Entertainment and Dining Complex. Just a short drive away is the Churchill Downs and Kentucky Derby Museum. Getting Here and Getting Around Town
Whether flying or driving, Louisville is easy to get to. The city is within a day’s drive of half the U.S. population and sits at the intersection of I-65, I-71 and I-64, with two interconnecting beltways. If flying is preferable, the Louisville International Airport is not only served by nearly every major airline, but consistently offers the region’s lowest airfares, with non-stop service to 25 destinations including to 8 of the 10 largest international gateways in the U.S., and convenient connections to cities worldwide. Once you’re here, taxi service is affordable and available 24 hours a day. Another option for fast and easy transportation in and around the Louisville area is the Transit Authority of River City (TARC), offering service throughout the day and evening. TARC also operates Louisville’s historic Toonerville II, Main Street and Frankfort Avenue Trolleys. Louisville is an easy city to navigate. Downtown is laid out in a grid pattern, and many of the major roads begin at or near the downtown area and travel outward from the city like spokes on a wheel. For pedestrians near attractions, hotels and parking facilities, there are nearly 30 information kiosks with a map of downtown and a list of and directions to major attractions.
